He loves sharing his inspirational story and is the embodiment of hope and humility in recovery.  One of Cookie’s favorite quotes he lives by is, “Believe you can, and you’re halfway there.”- Theodore Roosevelt.

Cookie’s goal is to assist and support clients, who suffer with anxiety, through “brain training” to restore neuroplasticity to the brain. He also enjoys leading recovery groups focusing on: using the Feelings Wheel, Codependency, and the Science of Addiction.

Living his best and full life for Cookie is making people smile, spending quality time with his family and friends, baking, and using his creative side as a Maker.
