Practical questions

Care should make room for the questions you have before a call.

No promises are made here. These are the topics an admissions conversation should help you understand.

Work

Can I keep working?

IOP offers daytime and evening hours. We can combine in-person and virtual days in a hybrid program and work with you on a schedule around your responsibilities.

Family

How can my family be involved?

We like to keep family involved in the treatment plan when it supports recovery. With the client’s permission, the team can discuss appropriate ways to include loved ones while keeping the focus on the client’s treatment goals.

Clients may keep their laptops and cell phones throughout the day. During group hours, they simply turn them in; outside of group hours, they can use them as needed.

Insurance & admissions

Understand the process before you decide.

Starting a treatment conversation should not mean making an uninformed financial or clinical decision.

We work with private insurance for eligible treatment. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our admissions team can check your benefits and explain coverage and expected out-of-pocket costs before you decide whether to proceed. Verification is not a guarantee of coverage or admission.
