Practical questions

Care should make room for the questions you have before a call.

No promises are made here. These are the topics an admissions conversation should help you understand.

Work

What if I have a job?

We can help with the paperwork needed to support leave from work. Let us handle that while you focus on treatment.

Family

How will family contact work?

Family visits are allowed when they support the person’s recovery. We encourage family involvement in the treatment plan and, with the client’s permission, can discuss appropriate ways to include loved ones.

Phone / laptop

Will I have my phone or laptop?

We can accommodate cell phone and laptop use, especially for work needs. They cannot be used during group hours, and admissions can explain how device access is handled during treatment.

Travel

Can you help with travel?

If you live farther away, we can help with transportation to and from the facility. Ask admissions to discuss your travel needs.

What care can look like

Detox discussions begin with a confidential call, insurance and clinical screening, and a decision about whether inpatient care may be appropriate and available.

01

Before arrival

Discuss basic intake, eligible private-plan benefits, clinical screening, travel planning, and approved packing guidance.

02

During assessment

Clinical staff determine whether this level of care may fit. The page does not offer individualized withdrawal advice.

03

After detox

The team may discuss the next appropriate level of care after assessment; no next-step placement or timeline is guaranteed.

Insurance & admissions

Understand the process before you decide.

Starting a treatment conversation should not mean making an uninformed financial or clinical decision.

We work with private insurance for eligible treatment. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our admissions team can check your benefits and explain coverage and expected out-of-pocket costs before you decide whether to proceed. Verification is not a guarantee of coverage or admission.
